Growing up, many young girls love princesses. They grow up wanting to be just like these role models: strong, classy, kind, smart women who are leaders and know their worth. But as we get older, there tends to be a shift. The world and society has a way of reprogramming what we consider attractive and how the ideal woman should dress, behave, and think. They go from wanting to be beautiful inside and out to wanting to be sexy. The word sexy implies only one thing: appealing to the male gaze in a way that exploits the most intimate parts of you. To this I say, where did the princess go? How can we bring back the sense of royalty and worth we had when we were younger? And that’s how Bring Back Beautiful was born.

Bring Back Beautiful is a Christian based organization that seeks to help young women reconnect with the royalty they are and realize their worth through encouragement, affirmation, and a sense of community.
